If you want to help make a difference join NYC and get involved with your community. The Welsh Assembly have published a list of entitlements that they consider all young people in Wales are entitled to. You can read about them here.
Help influence the policies and decisions that affect young people in Newport.
In your local community:
- Ask your Youth worker or club leader about joining or setting up a Forum
- Nominate yourself onto the Forum
At School?
- Ask about your school council.
- Nominate yourself on to the school council,
- or contact Lisanne Saladino, Participation Officer at the Info Shop
